Michelle Brown
Michelle, will own and operate the business on a daily basis. Michelle, brings to Antsy Pants Kids an extensive background in Early Childhood Education and Management. After a successful ten year career with Federal Express, where she worked as a Customer Service Agent, a Trace Agent in the expedite department, and completed the Management for Me Training. Michelle, went on to fulfill a long time dream of owning her own child care center, by purchasing a child care center in Northeast Denver in 1997.
After selling the child care center in 2001 Michelle, went on to work for the Cherry Creek School District, as a Teachers Assistant and worked in a blended classroom of special needs, and typical children. After a year of working with the district she was promoted, and taught Preschool at Canyon Creek Elementary. From their Michelle, went on and gained extensive experience by working as a Director for independently owned centers, Little Explorer's and Lone Tree Academy, and franchise centers such as, Primrose, and Children’s World.
Michelle, had been an active member and voice for Mayor Wellington Webb’s Child Care Initiatives Committee and sub-committee, Worthy Wage Group, and the National Black Child Development Institute, and currently attends Arapahoe Community Collage in order to keep her Director Certificate current, and enhance her knowledge in Early Childhood Education.
