RULES

The parent acknowledges and agrees that:

1.  Antsy Pants Kids enforces a “sick” child admittance policy.  If a child is sick (fever,runny nose with discharge, coughing) we will not admit them into the facility.

2.  Antsy Pants Kids  provides age appropriate books, games, toys and soft play equipment.  If your child has special dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions or needs special treatment, Antsy Pants Kids may or may not be supplied or staffed to address those needs.  Antsy Pants Kids reserves the right to decline care for a child if staff or supplies are not adequate to address these issues.

3.  Antsy Pants Kids enforces behavioral guidelines for the protection of children and Antsy Pants staff members.  These guidelines include no biting, kicking, hitting, pinching, spitting or other acts that may cause physical injury or emotional distress to the other children or staff members.  Antsy Pants Kids reserves the right to deny child care services for any child exhibiting that kind of behavior.

4.  Antsy Pants Kids will change diapers and assist children when using the restroom.  We request that you provide diapers and a change of clothing for the child.  Antsy Pants Kids has conducted background checks and drug testing on all staff members prior to hiring.

5.  Soiled/wet clothing will be put into a plastic bag and given back to the parent for cleaning when child is checked out.

6.  Parent or Guardian will be responsible for notifying Antsy Pants Kids of any changes to the information card.

7.  Antsy Pants Kids will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of every child and give some undivided attention to each child in our facility.  However, if a child needs undivided attention the entire time of their stay, we will not be able to provide staffing for this purpose.

8.  In case of emergency, the parent will be notified and emergency services will be contacted.  The parent will be responsible for the expenses incurred for medical, ambulance or any other emergency response.

9.  Security cameras will be operating during business hours taping to a DVR system for liability purposes.  The hours of operations are Monday through Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm.  Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. 

10.  In the event that a parent fails to pick up their child by the agreed time, a late charge of $2 for every minute after the agreed time will be assessed.  If your child is not picked up by closing time (9pm Monday through Saturday or 6pm Sunday) a $25 late fee charge will be assessed.

11.  There will be no unpaid balance owed to Antsy Pants Kids.  All charges will be paid in full at the time of check out.

12.  In order to provide the parent with exceptional customer service, the parent agrees to notify Antsy Pants Kids promptly of any concerns that they may have.

Antsy Pants Kids is fully licensed by the State of Colorado.   We are licensed to serve a maximum of 30 children per hour and each child must be registered with Antsy Pants Kids prior to childcare.  We maintain an 8 child to 1 staff member ratio at both centers.
We are required by law to report any suspected child abuse.
